Fainthearted Feminist, The (BBC-2 1984, Lynn Redgrave, Jonathan Newth)

Sitcom The Fainthearted Feminist detailed the exploits of a somewhat reluctant feminist based on the column in the Guardian written by Jill Tweedie, who also co-wrote the series.

Most of the action was centered around the Sebastapol Women’s Centre and Martha’s home where her husband Josh has no idea about much of anything.
