Spy drama series. Cases of tough secret agent Quiller who worked for a specialist government section called The Bureau. The existence of which is kept a closely guarded secret.

The character of Quiller appears in the spy novels of Adam Hall and there was also a 1966 feature film called The Quiller Memorandum which starred George Segal.

Quite a high profile series it has been completely forgotten about today, writers were high profile including the likes of Brian Clemens, Michael J. Bird, Anthony Read and Roger Parkes. Guest stars were well known too and included Sinead Cusack, Ed Bishop, Prunella Gee, Nigel Stock, Isla Blair, Richard Heffer, Richard Johnson, Patrick Magee, George Cole, Lee Montague and Celia Gregory.
