Ticket, The (ITV 17 Aug 1968, George Sewell, Gabrielle Drake)

In one off comedy The Ticket a football cup final ticket ends up (in the style of La Ronde) being passed through many hands from a thief, to a tout, to a bookie etc.

The plot was based on an idea by ex-footballer turned pundit Jimmy Hill of all people. Billed as being part of a series of plays broadcast under the For Amusement Only: Seven Plays For Summer Evenings banner.
