Crime drama series. Mystery writer Ellery Queen
often finds himself called upon to solve murders, his father being an Inspector
with the NYPD. In December 1951 the show switched from Dumont to ABC and in
January 1951, following the sudden death of the young Richard Hart, Lee Bowman
