Captain America in both.
During World War 2, Steve Rogers, a scientist, developed Flag (Full Latent Ability Gain), a special serum that, taken from his cells, produced super – human strength and transformed him into Captain America, a daring and courageous war hero. More than 25 years later, when his son, Steve Rogers, Jr. is injured in an accident, he is given the special serum in an attempt to save his life when all other methods fail. Not only does FLAG save his life, but Steve Rogers, like his father, becomes Captain America, now a daring crime fighter.
In the first pilot, Steve attempts to thwart a madman who is threatening to destroy mankind and a neutron bomb.
