Drama pilot for a series that never emerged. Robert Holtzman, John McCann and Otis James, are the operators of Delancey Street, a half way house in San Francisco that is devoted to rehabilitating junkies, ex – cons and other noncopers. Based on the real life work of John Maher, the founder of Delancey Street (an actual halfway house in California).
