Drama pilot for a series that never emerged. Sam Delaney is the head of a District Health Office (D.H.O.), he is responsible twenty – four hours a day, seven days a week, for the health of the people of his community. The story concerned Delaney investigates the tragic death of a diabetic girl, a death he believes was related to an outbreak of drinking among neighborhood teenagers.
