Medical drama series.
Episodes in the life of hard working intern Dr Meredith Grey as well as
the lives of her four closest colleagues; Meredith is the daughter of a
renowned doctor and hides the fact that her mother has Alzheimer's from
her friends and co-workers. Meredith shares an apartment with the blonde
haired Dr. Isobel "Izzie" Stevens; The other three of the key
interns are Dr Cristina Yang, Dr Alex Karev and Dr George
O'Malley.
In its first
couple of seasons the show managed to pick up a slew of awards including
a Golden Globe for Sandra Oh.

13 episodes with only 9 broadcast and the remaining four carried over
