Sitcom. Middle aged suburban housewife
and mother Ria Parkinson goes through a mid life
crisis and contemplates an affair. Ria began a friendship with the wealthy
Leonard Dunn who was desperate to begin a full blown affair but Ria could never
quite make up her mind what she wanted. The excellent theme tune for the show
was called Love Is A Like A Butterfly was composed by Dolly Parton. On 17
November 2000 the cast reconvened for a nostalgic but brief follow up as part of
the BBC's Children In Need celebrations.
