Tony Baretta was an Italian immigrant and
streetwise cop, with a none too conventional
lifestyle. Tony had a pet cockatoo called Fred
and lived in a shabby hotel rather than a proper
home, Tony often went undercover on his cases
and always worked alone.He usually had a "uniform" of Jeans,
T-Shirt and a cap pulled down on his head. Other
regulars included Tony's informant friend
Rooster, Tony's boss Inspector Shiller (later
replaced by Lt Brubaker) and retired cop Billy
Truman (who managed the hotel Tony lived at).

Crime drama series. A
private detective themed show starring Buddy
Ebsen as the ageing Barnaby Jones.
A typical Quinn Martin production, at the start
of the series Los Angeles based Jones had
retired leaving his business in the hands of his
son Hal but when Hal is murdered during an
investigation Barnaby once more takes an active
role.
Hal's wife Betty also became part of the
business helping Jones on his cases.
Barnaby was a bit of a forensics wiz and had his
own special laboratory at home. Other regulars
were Lt John Biddle and Barnaby's young cousin
J.R. (short for Jebediah Romano) Jones who
ending up working with Barnaby after arriving to
ask Barnaby to solve the murder of his father.
There would be occasional crossover episodes
with fellow Quinn Martin show Cannon
whilst that
production was on the air.

Scifi comedy drama series. Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson, in their superhero
guises of Batman and Robin, determine to stamp
out evil from the streets of Gotham City. The show was full of high camp fist
fights where the punches that landed were accompanied by a 'Bam' or a 'Pow'
popping up on screen pop art style. Major villains on the show included The
Joker, The Riddler, The Penguin, King Tut, Egghead and the feline Catwoman.
Alongside Batman and Robin, Batgirl came on board in season three, Her secret identity name was Barbara Gordon (she was Commisioner Gordon's Daughter). William Dozier (the Executive Producer) provided the famous linking narrations.

Exploits of the tanned LA County Lifeguards, especially
Lt Mitch Buchanan. The show, rumoured to be the worlds
most watched TV programme was almost cancelled after
the first season, only star David Hasselhoff managed to
get the show put into syndication. There was also a
brief spin off featuring some of the same cast, called
Baywatch Nights.
