Today Tuesday 3 January 2023, there is a new episode of 24 Hours in A&E.

Episode 1

Returning for its first season outside of London, the documentary follows the staff and patients at the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham. Sister Lou recounts her experiences working at the hospital for over 30 years, as well as the dramatic shift that occurred in her life when she was in her 50s. A mishap at a fun run has resulted in 45-year-old Kirsty being transported to QMC. John, 93, is evaluated thoroughly by the staff due to his breathing difficulties, while Hunter, 7, gets checked out after falling out of a tree at the paediatric emergency room.
