This is part two of a truly remarkable two-part special on the smuggling of tonnes of Class A substances into the UK. The Eastern Region Special Operation Unit’s undercover detectives are keeping a close eye on a group of suspected criminals who are plotting to bring the largest amount of Class A drugs into the UK’s eastern regions.

Two men who accepted delivery of the drugs were arrested in rural Hertfordshire; subsequent investigation revealed that they had been communicating via an Encro phone, a specialised device with high-level encryption that the criminals believe is unbreakable by law enforcement. However, the police are able to decipher the messages, which provide crucial clues that identify the Jaguar Palace as the conspiracy’s leader.

The shipment of Class A drugs worth £58 million that was seized by police may have been orchestrated by him, and it is only one of 39 shipments that have already flooded the streets.

The investigation into Jaguar Palace’s identity and the evidence connecting him to the conspiracy are meticulously documented in this episode. The detectives prepare for the nerve-wracking wait until the criminal network re-establishes their lucrative operation, at which point they will launch an attack against the ring leaders.
