A young woman is suffering from excruciating abdominal pain. Her blood pressure drops every time she stands up, and she faints every time. It’s a medical puzzle that needs to be solved in the hospital. The paramedics have a good idea of what’s wrong with a toddler who has a fever and bad breath.

A man’s partner discovers him lying unconscious on the floor. It would appear that he is unconscious after complaining of chest pains and passing out, but this may not be the case.
