In Cowboys the boys are becoming increasingly concerned about the quality of materials that Ally Fraser is providing for the build, Neville discovers that the reason Dennis is so keen to make sure that Fraser’s word is law is because he owes him six thousand pounds.
The boys, along with newcomer Plumber Harry Blackburn, decide to take matters into their hands and go on strike until Fraser improves the quality of the build and more importantly takes the squeeze off Dennis. Fraser of course is none too happy and sends in some of his “industrial relations boys” to fix matters, only they clearly haven’t dealt with the Magnificent 7 before.
One of the best episodes of the whole season, the showdown between Fraser’s boys and the gang is brilliant. The arrival of Kevin Lloyd as country and western loving plumber Harry and Oz getting up on stage to sing. Watch out too for an early role for Gina McKee as one of Wayne’s conquests.
