She’s crossing her paws that at least a couple of the dog-walker matches will result in adoptions.

Former investment banker Mel is now advocating sustainable, off-the-grid lifestyles on the Costa del Sol. He’s currently renting out a room of his house to a Dutch mom and her daughter who are excited to give his eco-friendly way of life a try. Green living is more challenging than it appears, from upscaling to his method of washing clothes. Do you think Mel can sell people on living green?

Near Alicante, Keith the butcher gets an early start on his day. He and his wife Mary have been living in Spain for the past seventeen years, and his store is well-liked among expats and restaurants in the area. He has a large shipment arriving from Ireland today, including the popular black pudding and cheddar cheese, and a last-minute order from a nearby restaurant has him scrambling to meet its deadline.
