What can we expect from this episode
In the unforgiving Vietnamese jungle, celebrities who believe they have what it takes to pass the SAS selection are tested to their breaking point. A few of the famous people involved are former health secretary Matt Hancock, singer Gareth Gates, and former rugby international Gareth Thomas.
The famous people in this episode are subjected to a gruelling search operation through several CS gas-filled rooms. Can they coordinate their efforts to find safety and get out of there before the contaminated air kills them all?
The celebrities are put through their mental paces by a high-stakes rescue mission in which they must free two hostages who are actually fellow recruits.
In the first ever celebrity series of SAS: Who Dares Wins, 12 well-known faces embark on one of the toughest tests of their lives, to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer. They’re living and surviving together in an unforgiving ex-military base, high in the Chilean Andes. From the recruits’ very first challenge – a terrifying backwards dive out of a helicopter – Ant Middleton and his team of ex-special forces instructors are determined to show them that no allowances will be made for their celebrity status.
