In the far south, Sasha creates a xeriscape garden with her daughter, Lily, while Tim embarks on a challenging and unusual project to build a vast tunnel to provide shade for flowers entirely out of bamboo.

And Belinda and Lee come up with a revenue raising plan to turn an old outbuilding into an art gallery and brocante.
