Maintaining a chateau is a constant struggle, and Erin and JB are no exception as they work to fix a leaky roof.

In order to enhance their Yellow Salon for an anniversary dinner party, Erin also has a creative art project. Sarah and George in Cognac Country take on the task of renovating an entire estate cottage on a tight budget.

In preparation for the busy wedding season, they want to build a family retreat. And Stephanie begins a significant undertaking to transform an old hayloft into an apartment decorated in tartan for close family friend Gerry.
