A strike by the hospital’s janitors causes chaos in the facility. A young girl gets hurt while working on the farm her family owns, and Marcel is there to help. The psychotic patient who was treated by Charles and Cuevas is back at Med. A patient who Archer examines has some kind of foreign object lodged in her digestive tract.
