What can we expect from this episode

At the end of a busy classic car season, the crew at the Classic Car Garage has one last fixing session before they close up shop for the year, store their overhaul tools, and dress in their finest period garb for the Goodwood Revival. Some old favourites are back today, but they’re sporting new fenders.

Nick aids Don, who owns a 1951 Jowett Javelin and is having trouble with the horn due to deteriorated wiring, and Colin provides Richard, a fellow owner of the Triumph Stag, with the lowdown on the issues plaguing the convertible top of his 1978 model. And regular at the garage Darren brings in a 1965 Austin-Healey 3000 MKIII that he hopes to sell at the Goodwood Revival; will classic car purist Colin be won over by the Healey’s electric power, or will he be emitting more fumes than the Healey itself?

Classic Car Garage follows Colin Denton, a dedicated and skilled head mechanic who opens his North London garage on the weekends for classic car owners to come and get the help they need to keep their precious cars on the road.
