Come Dine With Me airs a new episode tonight Thursday 23 March 2023 on Channel 4.

“Oxford Day Four” Fundraiser Monica treats her Oxford visitors to a gourmet journey across the world on the fourth night of their stay. Alex, a philosophy instructor, is unable to continue in the competition, but Ben, a business radio DJ, has agreed to take his place. Tensions start to mount as soon as Ben steps in and announces that he is going to win the thousand pound award. Jess, who specialises in kitchen design, raves about Monica’s cooking. Kin, a PhD student, is dissatisfied with the lack of flavour; nevertheless, Ben adds plenty when he suggests that Lyn, a retired teacher, is not very fascinating. How can Monica keep the peace and make sure her guests have a good day despite all the commotion?
