Tonight’s team are called the Hotdogs. Ten years ago, this group first met at Manchester Metropolitan University. Their custom of getting together every Saturday to enjoy a Bratwurst hotdog at a nearby deli gave rise to their team name.

A team of Eggheads is comprised of the top quizzers from across Britain who compete against a series of challengers that attempt to outsmart the Eggheads and win a cash prize, but the money rolls into future contests if the Eggheads win.
