What is this episode about

On the hottest day of the year, the hospital sets a new high temperature record. Pauline, the housekeeper, has a secret weapon against the scorching weather. In order to save his patient’s life, endovascular surgeon Craig must temporarily’switch off’ his patient’s brain. Steve, an emergency surgeon, builds a metal skeleton to stabilise a patient’s leg.
