Ghosts: It’s Behind You (BBC One Sunday 25 December 2022)

It’s Behind You: As a result of being moved by Alison’s thoughtful generosity, the Ghosts decide to give her a unique Christmas present in return; however, with Alison’s imminent return, they must act quickly if they want to pull off their grand plan in time.

When they hit a snag on the road and have to rethink their Christmas Day plans, the food in Mike’s Tupperware comes in handy. And with some unexpected encouragement, Kitty finally has her big break.

The Ghosts will also get together for a special festive episode of the companion podcast Inside… Ghosts: Christmas Special, featuring Jim Howick (Pat) and Mathew Baynton (Thomas), available on BBC Sounds straight after the Ghosts Christmas special airs on BBC One.

Ghosts is a half hour Christmas Special for BBC One and BBC iPlayer. It was commissioned by Jon Petrie, Director of Comedy. The Executive Producers for Monumental Television are Alison Carpenter, Debra Hayward and Alison Owen and the Commissioning Editor for the BBC is Seb Barwell. The producer is Pat Tookey-Dickson, the director is Simon Hynd and the episode is written by Mathew Baynton and Jim Howick.

Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, Ben Willbond are also executive producers.
