In this brand-new series, Phil and Luna explore the most breathtaking sections of the Coast to Coast Path, one of the country’s most famous hiking trails and the brainchild of famed hiker Alfred Wainwright. Along their epic journey from St. Bees in Cumbria to Robin Hood’s Bay on the North Sea, Phil and Luna are joined by some famous names and their canine companions, with whom they have some fascinating conversations.

They get to know some of the residents and their amazing dogs along the road, gaining insight into the interdependence of humans and canines that contributes to the health of the countryside.

SAS hero and lead teacher on SAS: Who Dares Wins Billy Billingham and his bulldog Alfie join Phil in this premiere episode. While walking, Phil learns Billy’s inspiring life story, which includes everything from knife battles in the streets of Walsall to serving his country in the world’s finest special forces team.

Billy tells Phil about the mentality that has helped him push himself to new heights in his incredible career. They are walking across the Lake District, admiring the scenery and spending quality time with their dogs.
