Today Thursday 23 February 2023, there is a new episode of Great British Menu.

North West England: Judging North West England’s top two chefs will have to re-create their six-course meals for a head-to-head competition. How much weight will they give the recommendations of the seasoned cooks while preparing delicacies for the new judges?

In order to win over the Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, the celebrity chef Nisha Katona, and the comedian and food podcaster Ed Gamble, they must prepare some impressive dishes. Jane Horrocks, an Oscar winner who has voiced several popular cartoon characters including Chicken Run’s Babs, will serve as a guest judge. When it comes to judging food, how will she rate meals that celebrate Paddington Bear’s 65th birthday and British animation and illustration?

Only one chef can go on to represent the NW England region in the national finals.
