Today Tuesday 28 March 2023, there is a new episode of Great British Menu.

The Finals: Fish Course This week is the national finals of Great British Menu, where the champions of the regional heats fight to have their dishes served at a lavish banquet honoring animation and illustration in honor of Paddington Bear’s 65th birthday.

In each episode, the eight competitors face off over a different dish, from appetizer to dessert, and are scored out of 10 by a panel of expert judges, one of whom is a well-known celebrity chef.

This time it’s Peter Lord, co-founder of Aardman Animations and iconic animator. In an effort to get their fish courses on the banquet menu, the chefs offer to cook them for him.
