Today Thursday 16 February 2023, there is a new episode of Great British Menu.

Wales: Judging The top two Welsh chefs in terms of scores will have to re-create their respective six-course meals and compete against one another. Will they listen to the counsel of their seasoned colleagues as they serve on the new bench? They have to win over Marcus Wareing, a chef at the Michelin-starred Sketch restaurant in London, Nisha Katona, a restaurateur in Los Angeles, and Ed Gamble, a comedian and food podcaster. Gethin Jones, a former host on S4C and broadcaster on Blue Peter, is a special guest judge. I wonder how he will evaluate the dishes that celebrate the 65th anniversary of Paddington Bear, a British cartoon character. One chef will emerge victorious and go on to represent Wales in the UK-wide finals.
