Since it’s the Queen’s Jubilee tonight, vacations are postponed while 72 military aircraft perform a flyby 5,500 feet above Heathrow’s runway. Passengers waiting to board their flights can observe the red arrows as they travel to Windsor Castle above the terminals while the airspace is closed to commercial aircraft for 20 minutes.

Not all passengers in the terminals are as excited, however, as Passenger Experience Manager Suki notices a loud snoring sound and must race to get sleeping beauty to the gate in time for their flight to Toronto.

A mother and daughter who are rushing to make their flight include those going to South Africa to attend the funeral of a close relative. As time passes without the proper paperwork, tensions rise, and Harry, the passenger experience manager, is called upon to save the day. However, is it already too late?

With over 50 million passengers expected to use Heathrow this year, the reopening of Terminal 4 is welcome news for both passengers and airlines. One airline, Vietnam Airlines, is putting on a show to welcome passengers back to their terminal while also hoping to divert attention from a newcomer, Bamboo Airlines, who are directly competing with them.

Airdate: Wednesday 17 August 2022 at 9.00pm on ITV.
