In this three-part series, author and explorer Will Millard uncovers the country’s hidden history by visiting off-the-beaten-path spots that reveal Wales as it’s rarely seen.

Hidden Wales with Will Millard takes you on a thrilling adventure to locations rarely seen by the general public. Will begins in the north and works his way to the south, revealing natural wonders hidden beneath the landscape, abandoned buildings that tell us where Wales has come from, and modern engineering marvels that show what Wales might become.

In this second part of his tour, Will travels to the centre and western parts of Wales. Will explores forgotten sites in the middle and west of Wales, including a lead mine that dates back thousands of years, a beautiful cave with a very scary entrance, and a derelict mental asylum.
