What is this episode about
While in Cadiz, James and Jose Pizarro visit the city’s famous food market and its Sherry Triangle before relaxing with a meal by the water. John Dory, langoustines, salt-baked celeriac with potatoes, tuna, and caviar are just some of the dishes that James eats while staying at Jose’s villa and exploring the salt flats with Jose.

Chef James Martin, knows little about Spain but is eager to learn more, he dives deep into the country’s history and culture.
This unique road trip begins in San Sebastian and winds its way anticlockwise to Girona, stopping at 20 different locations along the way to seek out key ingredients and sample fine dining, rustic eateries, and traditional recipes.
