Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen airs a new episode tonight Saturday 25 March 2023 on SBS Food.

“Premiere” Indulge your taste buds in a voyage through Asia with Jeremy Pang, a Chinese chef, author of cookbooks, and instructor at a school dedicated to the art of cooking. Jeremy hopes to encourage America’s passionate and daring home cooks to branch out and experiment with more Chinese and Asian dishes.

In the first episode, Lighter Bites, Vietnamese stir-fried fish with a fragrant blend of turmeric and dill is the first meal Jeremy prepares. Next, Joe Swash tries his hand at making duck spring rolls.
