Justice: A Licence to Build Your Own Money (ITV 7 Jan 1972, with Joss Ackland)

In A Licence to Build Your Own Money developer Sir Robert Beste has plans to turn 73 acres of farm land into a light industrial estate but is having trouble getting it past the planning department of the local council.

One of the committee wants it to go ahead knowing it could provide hundreds of jobs in the area but committee chairman Brigadier Craig-Astley, a major farmer in the area, doesn’t want it to because it will adversely affect the cheap labour that he uses.

Sir Robert brings in Sir John to take on the committee who of course quickly brings Harriet on board.
