(K)nox: The Rob Knox Story airs a new episode tonight Thursday 23 February 2023 on ITVX.
Rob Knox, an up-and-coming actor, was fatally stabbed in 2008, days after wrapping up his breakout part as Marcus Belby in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He was only 18 years old.
His death as a rising star shook the nation and sounded a wake-up call about this kind of violence. Years later, though, knife crime is still a major problem all across the world, not just in the UK.
This touching documentary features Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Jim Broadbent, Ray Winstone, Tom Felton, David Yates, Dani Harmer, and Blake Harrison, as well as conversations with the cast’s family and friends.
The film provides a compelling anti-knife crime message by delving deeper into Rob’s life before his sad murder, then following the investigation by police and the conviction of the offender.
