Episode 5 The proprietors of Scotland’s trailer parks share the difficulty experienced by the rest of the country’s hospitality industry in attracting and retaining workers. While Janet, the park’s food and beverage manager, is offered a new position, the Wallace family mulls over new strategies for retaining their employees. The hotel is in the middle of wedding season, and everyone is working overtime to make sure Jacqueline and Claire’s special day goes off without a hitch. But Georgia finds a new vacation home thanks to an unplanned visit.
