Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help more house-hunters make life-changing moves. Some have had their priorities changed by living through the Covid pandemic, while others are finding they just can’t navigate the fast-moving house market on their own. For all, there can be no better help than Kirstie and Phil.

In Bristol, Phil helps Josh and Anna, who are looking for their first home together. They have been splitting their time between Josh’s shared Bristol rental and Anna’s parents’ house in Bath. Keen to get a place of their own, they’ve focused on some of the city’s most salubrious suburbs where it becomes clear that Phil’s task is not only to find the best available properties, but also to give Josh and Anna the confidence to make the leap before those properties are sold.

Meanwhile, Kirstie is with Sue and Samira who are making a bold move across the country to buy in a city they barely know. But bustling Bristol doesn’t disappoint, and Sue and Samira hope moving here from London will give them a change in their pace of life, and a more rural outlook. Having never viewed anything in the flesh, and with a budget which falls short of their requirements,

Kirstie must react quickly as a tricky search unfolds. But one property absolutely delights them and it’s up to Kirstie to secure it and make this dream move a reality.
