Love Island Episode 8 (ITV2 Tuesday 24 January 2023)
Today Tuesday 24 January 2023, there is a new episode of Love Island.
Episode 8
The second week of the reality show finds the eligible bachelors and bachelorettes continuing to party it up in the villa. Maya Jama hosts.
Zara is keeping her options open it seems, targeting Shaq even though she is with Tom. “I’ll be real with you, Tom is obviously ticking pretty much every box for me but it’s early still, I haven’t even spoken to you properly, it would be nice to explore,” she tells him. The pair also connect over the fact that they are both from London “we are from the same area, that’s the thing, that would just work instantly.”
The move clearly works as Shaq later tells his partner Tanya that he will be looking to get to know Zara better.
Elsewhere Kai feels that he has a connection with Tanyel and he wants Anna-May to know about it. He tells her “If I’m going to be completely honest with myself as hard as it is, I think I do get on better with Tanyel a little bit more and there’s a bit more of a spark there.”
Anna-May actually agrees thinking that their conversations are too serious “I feel like we don’t have much flirt, it’s a lot of serious chat… I feel like me and you, we get along more as friends, I do have a laugh with you and we can have fun but it’s more in a friend way.”
The episode really hots up though with the ‘Space Raunch’ challenge. The girls emerge from a massive silver rocket, dressed in “stylish” spacesuits. With a teasing tone, Anna-May asks, “Right boys, who’s ready for a big bang?”
For today’s challenge, the girls must all jump out of the rocket, spin around on a pole, and then choose a boy to kiss. Jessie chooses Will and the two of them have their first kiss.
In the challenge, Zara chooses Tom and the two enjoy a passionate kiss. The lads then vote on the winner of the “sexiest space girl” competition.
