In Man For a House, the opening episode of the eighth season of Love Story, a married couple face an unusual dilemma, they have to get a divorce in order to get their hands on a marriage settlement!

Keith Barron had a long TV career and was very popular right from his breakthrough in The Odd Man in 1962 and it’s follow up It’s Dark Outside (1964). He appeared in four Love Story episode over the course of it’s run. His co-star Elaine Taylor had a few prominent roles of the dolly bird variety in the late sixties but had more or less dropped out of acting by the mid seventies.

The other well known face is that of Laurence Naismith who notched a whole stack of characters roles in film and TV from the late 1940’s onward. He is probably best known for his role as Mr Blunden in The Amazing Mr Blunden and for playing Judge Fulton in 1971 series The Persuaders.
