Million Pound Homes: Episode 4 (S3EP4 Channel 5 Sunday 14 August 2022)

In this fourth episode, we meet Siobhan, a 63-year-old woman who had an epiphany and chose to purchase a motorhome. She currently makes Dora the Explorer, her beloved motorhome, her permanent home. She has a little bit of a bump when we meet her, and poor Dora needs to go to the shop to get a new bumper. Siobhan is crossing her fingers that it won’t be a costly job! We meet Lamorna and husband G in Hereford, who purchased a double-decker bus two years ago and painstakingly converted it into their new mobile home.

They want to get on the road and head for the coast, but there’s one big problem — G doesn’t have an HGV licence! Will he pass the test and get them on the road? Across the Atlantic, we meet Sarah and Paul, who have turned their passion for iconic Airstreams into their business. They sold everything and built a 30-acre retro motorhome resort. You can rent a pitch for your own vintage motorhome or you can hire one of theirs.

One customer is Bob, who’s originally from the UK. He bought his 30-foot Airstream two years ago and hasn’t looked back. Resident reviewer Tomi Adebayo puts three collapsible e-bikes through their paces to see which one he thinks takes poll position! In Buckinghamshire, we meet Lucy, who runs Glamper RV and hires and sells luxury motorhomes.

We meet customers Sean and Lisa, who have arrived to pick up their motorhome rental to take on their Scandinavian adventure. And we join Americans Jacqueline and Dave, who live permanently in their fifth wheel RV. They have been on the road gigging with their band The Border Hook Ups for two years and love being out in the wilderness.
