Motorhoming with Merton & Webster Snowdonia (Channel 5 Sunday 29 January 2023)

Today Sunday 29 January 2023, there is a new episode of Motorhoming with Merton & Webster.

Snowdonia As part of their vacation, Paul Merton and Suki Webster take their motorhome to Wales. They are on their way to Snowdonia, or Eryri as it’s now known in Welsh, a stunning national park. Paul is driving, and despite his apprehension about navigating the winding roads, he is able to keep his cool thanks to Suki’s limerick challenge.

At Lake Bala, Wales’ largest natural lake, they meet Kieran and Kat, who have turned a horse box into a campervan large enough to accommodate their family of four. With the lake calling to them, the two go paddle boarding and even try their hands at some synchronised swimming.

The next day, they’ll visit the Mach Loop valley, a well-known flight route used by RAF fighter pilots in neighbouring Anglesey for training. After their “Top Gun” experience, they head to Bryn Y Gwin Campground, where they meet Ian, an artist who has mastered the technique of painting on swan feathers. After that, they settle in for their version of a drive-in film.
