Munya and Filly return this week with more banterous behind-the-scenes footage from Freeze The Fear.

This week is all about sport – they train out with Wim Hof and participate in the Wimter Games alongside professional footballer Chelcee Grimes and opera singer Alfie Boe.

They master the art of dying with TV actress Tamsin Outhwaite in the Goatshed and confront another Big Chilly Challenge. This week’s theme is Take The Plunge – but who will take the plunge and who will remain dry?
