Public Eye: And When You’ve Paid The Bill – You’re None The Wiser (ITV 18 Aug 1971, David Suchet)

There is a genuine mystery for Frank to solve in And When You’ve Paid The Bill – You’re None The Wiser when psychiatrist Helen Kulman asks Marker to discover why her twenty something son Peter killed himself.

There seems to be no reason why he would commit suicide as he was in a new relationship and seemed to be genuinely happy. As Frank digs deeper he discovers that Peter may have committed arson five years previously and was tormented by guilt.
