What is this episode about

After six devastating floods in as many years, Gloria, Angela, and Julia do what they can to aid a family who has lost their beloved home. Finding a solution that is acceptable to the water board, the council, and the local developers is no easy task. Mary Long-Dhonau, also known as “Floody Mary,” is a flood resilience expert who shows her ‘floodmobile’ to Angela.

Not to mention the impact of the proposed ticket office closures on disabled rail passengers and the state-of-the-art security system that was supposed to bring peace of mind, but has done quite the opposite.
