What is this episode about

This new series follows eight ambitious real estate agents as they compete for the opportunity of a lifetime: the chance to represent luxury properties on behalf of London-based real estate mogul Paul Kemsley at RIB. Paul, also known as PK, has relocated from Beverly Hills to London with the intention of dominating the city’s ultra-luxury real estate market. The contestants are put through their paces with a series of real estate-related challenges, all of which take place in the ultra-luxurious real estate market.

Final week means the remaining trainees have to show PK they have what it takes to be a super prime estate agent using everything they’ve learned. Two of the most expensive, prime properties the trainees have seen so far need to be marketed, produced, pitched, and toured. Emotions run high as the trainees feel the pressure of the impending final stage and PK’s shocking decision. For the trainees, this is a make-or-break moment, and for PK and his group, it’s a monumental decision: who will get the dream job?
