Today Sunday 11 December, 2022 the show Snackmasters airs a new episode called Allens.
In this Snackmasters episode, our chefs couldn’t be more dissimilar from one another. To replicate not one, but three Allen’s lollipops, culinary god Darren Robertson from Rocker will compete against TikTok sensation Vincent Lim, aka The Wolf of Wok Street.
Snakes are the first snack they must master, which is no small task since the chefs must create the intricate shape and perfect the flavour.
The next hard candy to fall is bananas, a snack whose challenging shape and texture nearly drives our chefs bananas.
The final challenge for our chefs is to recreate Sherbies. They must master the recognizable taffy and the crucial sherbet filling.
Which chef has accomplished enough to guarantee his place in the Snackmasters Semi Final after a demanding three days of discovering the secrets to the snacks?
