What is this episode about

For more than a century, subsistence agriculture and logging provided the backbone of Gracefield’s economy; however, the city’s fortunes declined in the 1990s.

Canadian stand-up comedian Jonny Harris embarks on a cross-country journey in Still Standing to unearth the hidden comedy of Canada’s remote small towns. Jonny goes on a hilarious and heartwarming adventure every week to the most unlikely of places: struggling small towns — and finds comedy there. After spending time getting to know the eccentric locals and learning the tall tales that circulate in these small towns, Jonny performs a hilarious original stand-up comedy routine for everyone to enjoy (a toast, not a roast).

Still Standing takes viewers across Canada to celebrate the country’s vast beauty and diverse character. The audience is in the passenger seat for Jonny’s cross-country road trip of a lifetime.
