Summer Baking Championship: Let’s Cool Off airs Monday May 15, 2023 on Food Network

Jesse Palmer is feeling the heat in the kitchen and wants to cool off with some ice cream sandwiches decorated with a fun summer inlay pattern. Then, in an effort to warm up the judges, Carla Hall, Duff Goldman, and Damaris Phillips send one contestant packing by driving an ice cream truck into the kitchen and asking the bakers to transform a classic confection into a high-end ice cream truck dessert.

Summer is a precious time of year filled with delicious ingredients, special celebrations and memories that last forever. Now, host Jesse Palmer invites 10 of America’s top bakers to channel their summer joy through baked goods as they face two challenges week after week. In the end, only one baker will impress judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Damaris Phillips to win the title of Summer Baking Champion and take home the grand prize of $25,000.
