Episode Summary

With a budget of 180,000 euros, food enthusiasts Adam and Simon in Almera are assisted by husband and wife team Steve and Sharon Garner in finding the ideal vacation home where they eventually hope to retire. The couple wants to live the Spanish al fresco lifestyle, but one potential property makes Adam cry. Could the Garners have located the couple’s ideal home for them?

Andrew and Katie, a married couple who moved to Portugal a year ago and have been living with Katie’s father for the past 12 months, are eager to find a place of their own across the border in the Algarve. Chris and Angela are tasked with helping the couple find their ideal home, but they run into trouble when they leave the first property before seeing it through to the end.

While looking for their own potential vacation home just a few steps from the beach, Sharon and Steve Garner are taking a busman’s holiday in the tourist hotspot of Benidorm. When the tables are turned, how will the seasoned estate agents respond? Will their team enjoy Chris and Angela’s “homemade” treats when they return to Portugal to bake traditional Portuguese pastries?
