In Reasonable Doubt, with a script from Brian Clemens, we are firmly in Thriller territory. The story begins with the murder of a young pretty music student at a private lodging house before moving forward 15 years when Martin Keller moves into the same house.
Keller is somewhat on the strange side and fellow lodger Betty Swann is convinced there is something sinister about him. Especially when he starts playing the piano in the middle of the night. Betty convinces herself that Keller was somehow involved in the murder of the young girl all those years before.
