Detective Peter Wendel sets out to form an elite task force to assist in the resolution of cold cases, but when he finally gets his chance, the only officers available appear to be some of Sweden’s worst.
Meanwhile, he is dealing with the possibility that a well-known serial killer did not kill all of his victims, allowing another murderer, or even several murderers, to go free.
